     I have loved seeing people smile and realize their goals for as long as I can remember.  That passion lends itself well to being a personal trainer and fitness instructor… Cheerleader really.

     I have also always had a love for learning.  I studied communication as an undergraduate, and education & social justice as a graduate student.  While I still find joy in volunteering in my community and working to right social injustices, a great part of my fulfillment now comes from interacting with clients in private and group training sessions as they commit to being the healthiest and happiest version of themselves one hour at a time.

     I’ve learned that the transformation process is one to be respected, and I’ve loved every second of this journey I get to take with each client.  It’s not always easy, but it is always worth it.  Stick with it, and BE YOUR BEST YOU!
